First, waddle down to the stadium, into a busy Go Karting track. This is what it looks like:
In order to complete a lap around the course, you must light up all of the lights in order. You have to do this You have to do this 3 times to create all of the laps. Sadly, you don't get an item/prize for completing the laps.
However, you can get the items on the tables. The first table, with the helmets on it is a free item for everyone, including non-members.
The second table has a jumper for your penguin to wear, however you need to be a member to obtain it.
