The Hawaiian Lei Also known as the red lei is an extremely rare neck item in Club Penguin. It was available during the Winter Luau party in 2006. you could also get thus item from visiting Tato Maxx's anniversary party in august 16 2013 he only gave this item to 55 penguins.
